Donnan and Vimy BJJ Student-Athletes Show Well at Alberta Spring Open
On March 26th, student-athletes from Donnan and Vimy BJJ competed in the Alberta Spring Open by the Ambassadors BJJ League here in the city.
The Ambassadors BJJ League mission statement states that they are “seeking to show the world how strong Albertan BJJ is.” Our student-athletes experienced this first hand, as they competed against athletes from all over the world in the tournament.
Our student-athletes showed well, with many podium finishes and strong efforts. By the end of the kid’s division matches, our academy was the #3 ranked academy for the entire event!
Congratulations to all of the Donnan and Vimy BJJ student-athletes who competed at the best of their ability and represented their school and academy well.
