Rylan is a grade 5 student, at Donnan Sport Fit. This is his first year in the Sport Fit program.
Rylan was chosen as the CORE student-athlete for consistently demonstrating incredible sportsmanship, participating in each activity, and being a great role model to the younger student-athletes and his peers. Rylan is very respectful and works hard all the time, not just when he knows the teachers are watching.
Rylan came to Donnan specifically to join Sport Fit, because it sounded fun. He liked the idea of trying new activities.
Rylan spends his free time playing in the snow, which comes as no surprise, as he is passionate about ski racing. His biggest accomplishment has been winning gold at the Jasper Junior Olympics and he is hoping to repeat his performance there again this year on February 28th and March 1st. He credits his coach Kya at Rabbit Hill and obviously his parents, for their support and commitment to his sport.
